They do, It seems like they care and i love them!
My boys DS was wrecked, the top screen hanging off and all teh wires exposed and it was about 3 months out of warranty and i told the Customers services this and they said not to worry and sent me a pre paid Parcel force Envelope to put it in and take to the Post office.
I posted it last THURSDAY afternoon and it came back fixed with a shiny new top case AND fully charged yesterday afternoon which is unbelievable
Thats what i call customer services!
Nintendo have excellent customer Service!!
