How do you go about trading in old games? I picked u a leaflet from game that said that I could potentially get £18 for my Zelda (which I've almost completed and have now bought a wii so would much prefer to spend money on a wii game) so any help?
Anyway just make sure your game is in good condition (not scratched etc....) and take it along with the box and instructions to the till in game and say can i trade this in please.
You then have 3 options
1.Take the cash value they offer you
2.Have the value put on a gift card
3.Use the value to knock money off a new game.
For example last week i took in Zelda Twighlight Princess and Super Paper Mario and was offered £20 for each game, so i got Mario Galaxy (£34.99) and £5.01 change on a gift card for the next time im in.

Yeah its only a DS game "Phanton Hourglass" so its a pretty recent game and I've got everything with it still - even the club nintendo thing which I didnt bother with - would that push the price higher?
The alternative would be to take it back as I still have the reciept - but I'm sure they'd be able to tell even if I wiped it so its not really worth it
Any idea how much game wouild give for Zelda TP wii game? I am not thinking of trading it, just curios as I only ended up paying £17 for it in ASDA

The club nintendo thing won't push the price up, some people collect them and then sell them on ebay, you can e-mail the codes without charging postage, just make sure you don't use them first.
Also trade in values change over time, I went in to game and got a price on a game, then waited 2 weeks before trading it in, in that time the trade in value dropped by £5. Moral of the story, strike while the iron's hot.
