I'd imagine there was a lot of this sort of thing for Christmas 2006 when a few lucky people managed to get a Wii!!!

Nah the n64 was before kids that age had internet and watched MTV....

These days they would say

"oh cool... [pause]... wii... SWEET!" then gets up and starts dismantling the TV set up leaving all the other gifts unopened.... (i am talking about 5 year olds here)

I was a N64 kid (but with a Mega Drive) If I touched the TV I would outside digging holes in the garden for no reason

I cant be the only one that felt like doing something similar to that kid when they got their Wii. Mind you if I had done that when I walked out of Gamestation with my Wii I'd have probably been arrested!
