What do you think is the best pokemon installment?
Red, Blue & Yellow
or
Gold, Silver & Crystal
or
Ruby, Sapphire & Emerald
or
Diamond & Pearl
Personally I like Ruby, Sapphire & Emerald most.
Games I own for the Wii:
Resident Evil 4, Super Mario Galaxy, Wii Sports
Other Consoles I own:
SNES, Game Boy, N64, Game Boy Advance, Gamecube, Nintendo DS
Woohoo Radiohead @ Old Trafford (the cricket ground) in June, Here I Come
I am not sure. I loved the simplicity of the earlier versions, so I would have to say Red/Blue, but I also loved the fact that you could go back to kanto in Gold/Silver, so I can't really decide.
Zelda, Mario Galaxy, Mario Kart, Guitar Hero III, Battalion Wars 2, Medal of Honour: Heroes 2, Mario Strikers Charged, Excite Truck, Rayman Raving Rabbids, Big Brain Academy, Metal Slug: Anthology, Wii Play, PES 2008, Endless Ocean, Super Paper Mario
DS:
Mario Kart, More Brain Training, Advance Wars: Dark Conflict, 42 All Time Classics, Project rub, Animal Crossing: Wild World, Yoshi's Island DS, Picross DS
360:
Halo 3, Mass Effect, COD 4, Ghost Recon, FIFA 09, Top Spin 3
I would love to see them make a collective edition were you could go in between every region introduced. A game that large would probably have to be for the wii, or maybe ds with an expansion in the GBA Slot, but I would still love to see it.
Well, my boys are the Pokemon experts in this house, so I just asked them.
Although they still play all the games, they assure me that Diamond and Pearl are the best to date.
Games owned (that I play): EA Playground, Endless Ocean, Excite Truck, Ghost Squad, Gottlieb Pinball, HotD, Kororinpa, Link’s Crossbow Training, Mario Kart, Mario Party 8, MySims, Pinbusters, RE:UC, Super Paper Mario, SSB Brawl, Wii Fit, Wii Play, Wii Sports
i Would say the gold and silver were my favourites, Lugia was my favourite pokemon, Now theres so many weird pokemons collecting them is not fun as i dont no any of them.
I played one of the original (I think it was Red ) , Pokemon Pinball and Pokemon Trading Card game on the GBA few years ago. Watched Pokemon cartoon, went to watch Pokemon movie at the cinema and bought actual Pokemon Trading Cards. Have really wanted to get the newer gen. pokemons but I just don't have the time though .
I miss those days when I could name most of the original 151 Pokemons. I think I would be lost now with all the new Pokemon games. That puts me off it to a small extent. There are so many good games out nowadays, it is difficult to choose.
Maybe if they brought out a proper Pokemon game for the Wii ....
