Red face Just got my DS!!
Got a DS for my birthday yesterday!!
Finally
Wanted one for ages, originally ordered the pink one from amazon but they cancelled the order on me.
Now I have the new silver one
SO EXCITED !

I just got a DS recently too. What games have you got so far?
I've managed to get hooked on animal crossing and mario vs donkey kong 2

now get an r4ds and play the latest games for nothin' and fit around 30 games on a 1GB SD memory card, it's fab, honest.

I'll second that.....R4DS all the way

Congrats on the Silver DS, Cherry. I've read reports on the web that the crimson/black DS available in the US is made with a different screen supplier. The new screens are cheaper and have "ghosting artifact".

Can you confirm that the new UK Silver ones aren't affected please?

(the standard screen should look fine, the ghosting of some newer screens is more subtle)......here's a vid of it in action:

Well - I got it with More brain training which I love.

I had ordered a ds ages ago but it got cancelled on me. I already bought myself a cartridge of ebay though so I've been waiting to play it for aaaages. It's got about 30 games on it, animal crossing, harvest moon, nintendogs, mario kart ds, yoshis island, phoenix wright......

Well I bought a cartridge from ebay. When i load it up, it says "R4 for DS" and the cartridge has about 30 games on. So I guess this is the same thing?

I've looked online for info about R4 but it just confuses me.
How do I get more games?

I haven't noticed any ghosting with mine, no. Seems fine to me
