hiya we had this problem when we first got the ds. and it was because our router the belkin was not compatible, but since changing server and getting the bt hub we now connect no probs.

hi I googled your model of router and found this forum where someone else had same router and same problem and if you read through to the end of the threads he solved it. If that dont held just go and get a d-link!!!
anyway i read that thread and i took this bit from it - 'DS only works when basic rates of 1 and 2 mbps are selected' but im not too sure how to change this on my router settings, any idea?
This should get you onto the belkin setup. If you telephone belkin( the number will be on the instructions an bos of your router) the call is cheap rate and i have found them very helpful.

im havin a problem settin my ds up to!!! n yes i do believe my router is a belkin but theres no way im taking it back just because it took us so long to get it workin plus it works with everything else!!!
