Two choices really, if it is only the power light gone, then the operation of the DS won't really be affected so you can carry on regardless or you can opt to get it repaired. If it's within warrantee, Nintendo will repair (more likely read replace) the DS, if not you could try to replace yourself (or pay someone else - like Nintendo - to do it for you). I've seen 'how-to' guides for it, and in relative terms it isn't hugely involved though it will involve the removal of the lower pcb to access the faulty LED and then a bit of soldering. Personally, if it's in the warrantee period, I'd either put up with the fact that the power LED doesn't work or send it off for 'repair'.
