Default Ubisoft annouce My Weight loss coach

Yep, thats right. My Weight loss coach does exactly what it says on the tin. The cart doubles up as a pedometer, so you clip it on your belt when you walk, then it uploads the data to your ds when you plug it in. Shame it's not compatible with wiifit, but yet another lifestyle game for the ninty fans. Can we expect the market to be flooded with games like this if this takes off? I hope not.

I also hope that things like this flood the market, but this one does seem like a good idea.

I think it's rather clever that you get a pedometer that plugs into the DS, to upload results.

I was against the stop smoking idea, because it looked such a poor implementation, but this I can only see adding to the DS. Hopefully someone can come up with a similar idea but as a game.

Like I said, if it could link up with wiifit I'd definately consider this, but as a stand alone? Your meant to put in when you have a piece of fruit and such, so it counts your 5 a day. Too much for me I'm afraid.

With the success of Wiifit and the success stories I've heard just off this board, I wouldn't doubt we'll see quite a few "lifestyle games" in the near future. Nintendo is the only maufacturer actually looking to tap into an older market as well as a younger one, both of which were left relatively untapped by Sony and Microsoft. I just hope they don't forget where they came from.

Default I got health coach

I got this and I can see me using it much more than wii fit which Im afraid to say has not been moved for over a month! I like the way you can input what you have eaten and it tells you if youve ate too much and if you diet is unbalanced. The pedometer is a bit big though!
