You can buy writing paper from Nooks after he's finished with his tutorial, he shows you how to do a letter anyway - but he sells the paper - then you post it at the town hall via the right desk (bank/post office)
Yer I went to the post office but my letter wasnt there when i went on 'send letter'???
No blue envelope on the right pocket panel? Must've not completed the letter then, that's where it goes when done - you can drag presents onto the letters too if ya feeling generous (or wanna use the spaces as extra storage temporarily )
