The only thing that is different in my eyes is that you cant flip around (do a 360) with a pad like you can with WASD keys but that doesnt really matter because everybody is in the same boat. The controls for COD are lush I played counterstrike hardcore for 5 years but i wouldnt go back.
Infact my flat is PC free. PS3 goes straight into the BT hub so when i get in i switch my ps3 on from the pad and i am online within 30 seconds. Its just nice not having to boot up the PC and all that comes with it. hmmmm why does the mouse feel sticky today blah blah, changing the config because your mate wants a go and all that jazz, hmm do i need a new gfx card..... My wrists used to hurt if i played for too long as well.
PC rocks no doubt but i wouldnt swap my PS3 version because its fun and its easy.

It may be off topic but its very true. Consoles are a lot less hassle for me, and the quality of games is such that I really dont care if the pc version runs at x frames per second more blah,blah,blah.

Plus there is definitely less chance of coming up against cheats who like to use aimbots and wall hacks and countless other things those orrible cheating scrotums used to get up to. It was rife in my PC playing days and it was so easy for one person to ruin everyones game even with punkbuster on, i know its posssible to hack on the PS3 but its a lot harder to do and i can honestly say all the time i have been playing cod4 (about 10 days playtime) i cant recall seeing any hackers.

You seem to like your FPS so why dont you just go ahead and buy the better console that is 360?
