9 out of 10 for me. If you put enough time in it really could help your fitness and the games on it are really good fun. It's also an easy way to keep track of your weight.
Just in case anyone reading this is still unsure if Wii Fit actually helps with weight loss:

Weight lost: 1 stone 2 lb
Total time played: 8 hrs 36 mins
I haven't been on it every day, but I try to get 30 minutes of exercise when I do, and it is really working! This is more than I have ever lost before with any other diet etc.
Intend to lose another stone at least before Xmas - watch this space!

I must be doing something wrong because I'm actually putting weight on now!! What exercises are you doing when you're on Sue? Maybe it's because I can still only do certain ones at the moment, or maybe because I don't get on it very often.
9/10 This game is the Dogs dangleys!!! I don't get on it enough to lose weight at a rapid pace, But everytime I actually get on it gives me a good workout and hours of fun

Personally am down about 10Ibs now looking to lose another 10Ibs before I'm happy. After that will still work out as I'm much fitter now, just will need to eat more to maintain the weight.
If anyone still doesn't have this who wants it Comet have them for £125 but for that you get Family Ski, Rechargeable Battery and Silicon Cover aswell as the WiiFit.
7 out of 10, really fun at first and I love 'my trainer's' qoutes it makes me laugh haahaha........Training everyday will help improve your posture....That's it feel your arm muscles tighten....I wouldn't really say that I always want to go on tere though i've got bored of it, now its a case of forcing myself to get on there to 'improve my posture' and keep in the ideal range :P
