What do you think of Pro Evolution Soccer?

9 - My favourite Wii game by a long way. However not 10 since I'm hoping next year they iron out a few kinks in the gameplay, then it will be a 10! Awesome football game, freedom to do whatever you like with the ball.
I gave it a 9 too , didn't expect it too be so good tbh.
When i first saw the controls I thought wtf is this? But it was very fast to get used to.Lovely game

This is a massive step for football games, but it's still only the beginning. It's so refreshing to play this game after years of playing the standard controlled football games that seemed so perfect... The controls are what makes this game, no question and that's why it can only really get an 8. The Graphics on the crowd are awful and they need to be addressed in the next release along with the defending and perhaps the game modes.
However, as I said, this is just the beginning and it's still a brilliant game that all football loving Wii fans should own!

I will give it 7/10 but the game is actually worth a 9 or 9.5/10 but i am marking it down because its not a game you can pick up and play with your mates like PS or XBOX versions. I have tried playing wii PES with a few of my mates and it never works. So i have marked it down as for me its purely a one player game (i dont have online)
If it had the previously mentioned pick up and play aspect with mates and family as opposed to me having to explain, let them play against the Computer for 30 minutes and then still having to play like a blind person, then it'd walk it into 10.. Backwords..sticking it's tongue out at Fifa08.
8 for me ... its very VERY good ... but they could improve some in the in-game playing ... i.e. players running right past the ball when, and defending (however this has always been a problem for them) ... bring on PE09!
7/10. If it weren't for the god awful editing options, and a couple of other little mistakes I would've probably given it an 8 or 9. The next one should be awesome if they can sort out the little problems.
