Ok go with scotty then idk,It's just you said you were going with me then suddenly you don't.I will just go with Yamyum If he wants to or Tony Mang. Unless you are certain you are going with me.

provided Toby you can find another partner easily then ill go with Marco, but if you can't then you can be with Marco ...

So for now i think its Scotty and Marco -> Team TEC

There is no specific time, you simply arrange your game with the people you're going to play with for a given round, and it has to be played within a week unless there is a good excuse.
