I thought I'd write a beginners online Guide to MoH, for N00bs written by a N00b!
Well first off I find it easier to use the MP40 as my starting weapon, on the Axis team. This purely because it holds more bullets than the Thompson, so when your spread firing and hoping to hit something you don't run out of ammo as fast!
With regards to actually killing someone, I find that if you shoot in a small circle around the enemy, you usually end up getting a few body hits, and if your lucky a head shot!
I would try and go in a server that has between 4 and 10 players in, so your not contiually being mowed down by pros. Don't go in servers that say beginers only or N00bs unless you know the people you are playing, or it is password protecting, as I find these servers are set up to entice the new players into so the pros can get a higher score!!!
Try and play with the guys on this forum, as they are all very friendly and will welcome you with a friendly bullett to the head!!
Cooking grenades is a must, which is where you hold down A before you actually throw the grenade. Hold it for around 3 seconds and aim in the general direction of the enemy and your most likely to get a kill.
Grenade spamming (continually throwing grenades) is a big no no on this forum, and is generally frowned upon, so try and switch between grenades and bullets.
As for the other weapons, I would advise to use the Hmg's in generally the same manner as the MP40 and Thomson.
The rifles imo are extremley hard to use, and I tend to fire off alot of shots at log distance in the hope of getting a head shot.
I havent used the snipers as such, so this is still a work in progress! I have been told be a reliable source (Hoo

) to learn to shoot without using the scope first, then practice zooming in and out quickly.
I have not got the hang of lag shooting (where you predict the player will run to) but this is also something you must get used to if you want to be up there with the best!
I have no practice with the shotgun whatsoever, so I'm afraid that ones up to you!
I hope this helps all the n00bs joining this forum who want to become a pro, and remember, if at first you don't succeed, Try, Try, Try, Try, Try and Try again!!!!!
