Another tip for the karabiner long-range would be: Take your time if the enemy is like THAT far away...I can turn around very quickly,meaning that my turning speed is very fast,and my deadzone quite slow. But that is not a good thing for long-range though,because you really need a STEADY aim for this one.Therefor I always use both hands to get the most steady aim for a long-range sniping attempt.
For mid-range you can use one hand,though :P

Personally i have the nunchuck enclosed in one hand and the mote in the other (shocks) and relaxes my hands against each other for support. I do that pretty much all the time though (shotgun might be slightly spread due to pumping), and that alone should give steady enough aim. All aiming being in the wrist. I thought everyone would be holding it like this. I can't imagine playing with the arms spread.

Don't really think so, that's how i naturally hold them in any game. I did in mscf too where accuracy with the mote didn't really mean anything at all (except saving megastrikers which indeed was easy >_>)
well i play lying down on my side (my chair sucks) after long sessions however this really hurts my left elbow as i lean on that for the whole time, i've tried using the chair but being closer to the screen alters the aiming a hell of a lot
