I have one criticism about the knockout thing, some newcomer who joines plays one game and gets eliminated I would not say that is much fun at all.

Would it just be a league then the top 4-8 go to a knockout stage just like ther real striker cup on the game?

Nice idea nonetheless

Yea, how would the championship be run? Would there be 2 groups of say 4, and the then the top 2 go through to knockout stages (more if we get more players) or is it knockout stages straight from the word go. If the latter I agree with what Solar said.

If a newcomer played all the league games they would just get trashed anyway - better to get them knocked out form the start I say! Painless then for all. Sorry if that sounds harsh but it is the reality
