Wow, nice website and community i registered and i can't beleive nobody has taken this username yet! anyway as a little intro of myself, im 15 and i LOVE nintendo my first console was actually a N64 and i've played avidly since then. As for my wii i got it on release day and my games so far are...

Wii sports
Zelda
Wii Play
Red Steel (i had it but sold it)
excite truck
Waioware

Anyway guys, i trashed red steel at first because i only played it for 15 mins i porsonally found the turning with the remote just a bit to annoying, now obviosly i have a tight wallet here i get around £70 a month atleast £30 gets spent on other stuff so i don't get all that many (i play my pc a fiar bit to though) anyway my question is guys: I've got another £40 here SO what am i gonna buy? Monkey ball, call of duty 3, red steel (im prepared to retry it if you say it's THAT good). Oh yeh nearly forgot... im not actually online with my wii yet because i don't have a adaptor and unfortunalty i don't have wireless boradband :(

For the love of god don't buy Monkey Ball. It has lost all the fun that the first 2 had. I got it and was totally gutted by it, the party games just aren't as fun.

Don't know about call of duty 3. Red Steel is good once you get used to the look about thing, it took me a bit to get used to it as well.

Hmm? well im open to suggestions of other games definetly, i was really surprised when i checked on the reviews on ign ect for red steel, they where crap! if monkey ball is that bad i won't get it btw thnx for the quick response

I believe that Rayman is supposed to be pretty good. Hopefully someone who owns it can offer there opinion on it.

Welcome to the forum.
I own monkeys balls and have to agree, it's nowhere near as good as the previous incarnations.
I would also say it's probably as good as Red Steel (traded my Red Steel in - game OK, but sword fights are a P.I.A....so much so that you start inwardly groaning when another numpty with a sword appears....in reality I'd be peppering his head with my uzi , you REALLY wanna do an Indiana Jones aand just shoot 'em but unfortunately the game doesn't let you).

COD3 is fantastic fun (my nephew has it), but instead I'm gonna use my trade in money to get Mercury Meltdown when it arrives in a couple of weeks.

Then, a couple of weeks after that, when Heatseeker arrives, i'll trade in Monkeys Balls to get that.
