Default 'Venom' Gamecube controller

ordered £3.50) this from:
Wii - Accessories - Gamecube Controller - ChoicesUK.com

I'm sure it's nothing like as good as OE GC one, but bearing min mainly to be used by kids for SuperMario64 on VC, it's seems fine.
Thought it was white but is actually a very light silver effect (almost white TBH) - does feel a little cheap when first pick it up but once used for a while I really dont notice it.
Some of the button mapping is slightly different for SM64, but I think that is the same for all VC controllers.

For the price and what I am going to be using for I think it's great.

PS - as a first time use I am quite impressed with the VC game experience overall - adds the VC title as a new channel - painless to register card point and purchase.

WII console, 2 wiimote, 2 nunchuck, 2 WIIwheel, 2 GC controller
WII sports, WII play, Mario Kart WII, Sega Superstars Tennis, SSX Blur, Disney Pixar Cars, GC SSX Tricky, GC SSX 3, VC Super Mario 64

Unofficial GC Controllers are not supposed to work with VC games, so the fact you've managed to find one that does(and for only £3.50!) is quite a find!!

well I know it wont be for everyone here, but for the price - cant go wrong.

Should add delivery was very fast and I have seen these online and in HMV I think for around £10.

Cheers for the tip, I have ordered a couple of these. At £3.50 each you can't go wrong.

I'm fairly sure that most wired third-party GC controllers should work with the VC.

I also have this one, it's pretty good although I obviously prefer my lovely Wavebird.

I had originally ordered a wavebird, but it turned out to be a cheap third-party version, so I sent it back. But that left me with nothing to play my only just bought GC games, so I went to the shops and bought one of these (although it was more expensive).

It's a good controller.
