stupid operation!!

as u all know iv been without my power supply for ages as it was in repair,the day after it went for repair my new game 'trauma center' arrived - typical!
anyways,iv spent the whole day playin it and now im stuck,iv bit the wiimote in pure frustration and i wanna snap the disk... 3hrs iv been playin an most of its been on the same dam level...

u know the one where the guy has all the ruptured things in his intestine and then u magnify,remove em,come out of magnification and more appear,then she says to do the star thing... well this is where im stuck!! my patient dies and i leave town! any tips please....

Ok, The best way to do it is by b4 there is a large amount of tumours, make sure you are full vitals then use the star power just b4 they appear then once they are just get them all to the stage that all thye need is to be picked up and antibiotic gel then the vitals should stop dropping so then you should be fine.

when ever his vitals are getting low go to the syringe and take a good dose of the drug in the right hand bottle and shoot that sucker up. then do it again and just keep pumping him full of drugs to keep his vitals up so you got more time to complete the op
