Unless you mean the "On The Wii Is There Any Games That You Can Play Online Channel".......in which case there isn't such a thing I'm afraid .

If not then the "Wii Software" section may be the best place to ask.

Back to the actual topic at hand , I think the News Channel is actually a good idea, but as mentioned it's easier to go online to the beeb to find current news.

NintendoOfJersey I think your idea of rewarding correct poll guessers with points is a great idea .......would deffo give more meaning to the idea of the Voting channel anyway .

Oh yes, I forgot about that. I don't think I've ever used the Photo Channel, but I can see that it might be useful in the future (family and friends around, can easily browse photo's from the TV).......which is why it just got beaten by EVC in the "most useless" stakes .

I voted for the Everybody Votes channel. It would be much better if more effort had been put into it. It's boring as hell - put your vote in, wait a couple of days for the poll to come back, repeat as needed. If only more features had been added, like Wii Points for correctly guessing the outcome of the polls, or getting to actually put on your own polls instead of Nintendo choosing really poor ones. [Rant over lol]

It all depends what you do with the Wii. I have several capable computers around the house, so I dont actually need any of the channels, except the disc channel. But, I find that (depressingly) I use the news channel quite often to check out whats happening in the world (as I'm living in a non-english speaking country now so the TV is useless for that) and I find that putting the SDCard from my wife's camera directly into the Wii is a great way to review/slideshow the pictures and movies she shot without having to put the card in the mac, drag everything off, start up lightroom, create a slideshow... etc etc.

I think everyone votes channel is the most useless because at the end of the day, as it stands now, it has absolutely no meaning at all. You guessed what everyone else guessed. Wow. You're opinion differs slightly from the others. Another wow. Except now you feel depressed 'cos you're obviously not 'in tune' with your peers...

Second choice, the shop channel. When stuff was free I used it. I'm certainly not paying for those overpriced VC games though...

the weather one is the worst as the nearest city to my location is leeds, and i live in bradford and sometimes the weather of villages a few miles away is different but about 30 miles away its normally wrong!!!!

Everybody votes channel is really crap i think it completely pointless and no actually cares what you prefer in stupid questions like ' Would you be a tiger or lion' or even ' what is better sand or sea' so thats definately got my vote.

Why has someone voted for the Disc Channel!? Without that, the Wii would be pointless for most people!
