A Riddle or two..

3 friends need a beds, the toddle off to the bed shop and after much looking around, they decide that none of them can afford a bed, but don't mind sharing. they see a bed for £300, and decide to pay £100 each. As its getting moved, the person moving it notices it was actually on sale for £250. He points this out to the owner, who gives the delivery driver £50 and asks him to pass it on to the friends. On his way, the driver decides that he'll only give the friends £10 each, and keep the other £20, for him self. They'd never know!

So because each friend got £10 back, they have paid £90 for the bed, (£90 x 3 = £270 + £20for driver = £290) wheres the other £10?

Riddle number two -

Your having tooth ache. Your small village, in the middle of no where (with no other dentist near), has two dentists. One dentist have amazing teeth, perfectly formed, straigt and white. His office is immaculate and his paper work is organised. The Second has disgusting teeth, the fillings are falling out, they are staind yellow and has abcesses everywhere. The office is a pigsty and there is no organisation to the client files.

Which dentist do you go to?

You dont add the 20£ on you take it away from the price = 270£ - 20 = 250£

I dont understandthe riddle in this, surely its personael preference on which dentist you chose to go to....? Do you mean which one is the best dentist or something? /confuzzled

Do dentists even have offices and paper work ? Surely the people behind the front desk do all that stuff, but im just picky with riddle details I guess.

I would chose the dentist who has the most skill working on other peoples teeth rather than this own.

Just because one of them has rotten teeth doesnt mean he isnt a good dentist

Its like saying a hairdresser with a bad hairstyle cant cut hair well

Each person paid 90£, totalling 270. The bed store manager has 250 and the mover £20. The movers 20£ should be added to the manager's 250 or subtracted from the friends 270, not added to the friends 270£.

Fine If I was to judge I would pick the better dentist with the clean teeth and office etc if thats what we are basing it on.
