Lately you may have noticed a small green dot under your post count, this is your reputation (rep).

On the other hand if you find a post that is not to your liking the same icon will let you leave negative rep.

The more rep you have the more green dots you will get and the more powerful your rep-giving becomes.

I think it will be a bit of fun, but will allow the members to recognised for helping others and creating some interesting threads.

Might have to run some compeitions in the future to award members.
