Not in this forum, no.

But in other forums that use the same design I've seen people with about 10

I think the problem is that most members don't even know it exists.

It's just a little button hidden away down there and unless you've used it on another forum it would probably just go unnoticed.

i didnt actually know wot the reen dot was until iv just read all this!! i thort it was some sort of ranking till i wondered why it hasnt got any different with people of diferent ranks!

its a good idea,so we know which people offer the sound advise but its just a matter of people using it aint it!

That's the general idea of it, but some member's don't seem to understand the feature. People leave rep for someone, because that someone has been helpful. However, the recipient shouldn't have to return the rep.
