No, mods aren't able to edit the site by tampering with HTML. I can only lock and move threads, ban users etc. But yes, it would be handy if I were ever made an admin!

I don't see why that can't be included. It just requires doylen to make the new sub heading, and Octane to include that pic in the HTML. I'm sure I can work out the rest.

As for opening links in a new window, I was going to ask Octane how to do this, but I forgot. I'll ask him how it's done in a bit!
