well, JB now has the HTML version in his hands - it's certainly not going to win any awards for proper HTML standards but it does the job for the moment

Well, like i did say to JBond, if any help is needed then im more than willing to. I have my own business doing website design and internet solutions so its like an everyday thing me doing newsletter templates or e-shots for companies but i would be more than willing to help the WiiTalk community

well, i think it should do the job for now...
to be honest i could've done it properly, to standards, and kept the code a lot neater, but it was just knocked together to do the job, so i didn't bother going the whole hog.

btw, do you have a website kandi? i like looking at others' work
Yeah, i do. Go to KandiDesigns - Dominic J Ryles Freelance and thats my online portfolio site. You will notice in order to view my past work, you will have to send an email in regards to which work you need to look at. The reason behind that is now-a-days, quite a few people out there think its clever to steal other peoples work so thats my safe-guard way of knowing that no-one can do that one on me
There is still quite a bit of work to be done on my site. Need to get the KandiBLOG properly rolled out but the community forums are up and the main sections of the site are up too. Also, hoping to open the KandiSHOP in the summer time

Tbh, I think the new design looks brilliant. I know nothing about HTML, expect stuff like <b></b>, so I wouldn't notice how untidy the code is anyway! Btw, Octane I would like you host it for now if that's ok. I think the plan is to eventually make it possible to view by clicking a button at the top (where MiiTag and WiiTag are).
I might have to persuade Ashy, bronco or 21st to have a go at this for me, because apparently it is quite difficult.

I thought a person like you knew a little about HTML. I know alot about HTML. It's easy to understand sometimes.
Haha it's great having a person like Octane around isn't it JB?

Yes very handy! Why would the class me as the HTML type, KZF!? I do know a bit, like the basics (<b>, <p> etc.) but nothing amazing. Editing the newsletter does remind me of my computing classes last year, when we used Visual Basic!
