Important Announcement
To All WiiTalk Members:
As you may have heard we have made a decision to move the board from PHPBB to VB as we believe this will provide us with more security and scalability for the future.
There is no date as yet, but it will be shortly - there will be a notification and update once a date has been confirmed.
How does this affect you as members?
Although very little data will be lost during the conversion, I have been informed that you will lose your avatars and signatures. We recommend you back these up to prevent loss.
The board will be down for approximately 1 day, although please be patient if it takes a little longer
The new board will be more appealing and will generate more new members.
Once the new board is fully installed I will plan to have more new features installed
The plan is to make the board bigger, so there will be more areas to the site instead of just a forum
Already WiiTalk.co.uk has become the biggest dedicated Wii Forum and is growing every day.
If you have any questions about this announcement please post in a new thread so we don’t get lost between questions.
There is also an updated section to the current forum to put in your requests as to what you would like to see on the new forum – although we cant promise we will add them all, we hope to add some of them.
