Okay, so (without stepping on his toes) I wanted to carry on Oli's COD/80's song theme and all I could think of was this crappy, and rather lame, Duran Duran lyric!

Anyway, here's the deal. A shotgun/trenchgun ONLY Team Death Match.

No pistols, no grenades, no melee attacks (except bayonet), no kill streaks, no artillery, no dogs etc etc. The only way you kill somebody is with the gun!

I'm thinking we have normal health and start off on Dome and work our way through the maps. Probably omitting Cliffside & Makin?

Obviously this is open to any suggestions/preferences you may have?

Possible times: any Wednesday or Thursday at 11pm?

Surely Liewe & Hurdy are up for this? - don't let me down guys!

Plus Freshpr1nce? Nimrod? Red40, Random & SonnyAah? Devinchi? Or any of the guys off wt chat?

Remember people, this is NOT a competition. It's all about having FUN and having the opportunity to practice with a great weapon without having to worry about somebody with an SMG charging at you. Nobody will be judged on this. Nobody will be thought any less of if they finish with a negative score. So don't worry about any of that crap. So both trench gun and double barrel shotgun? no perks as well?

I can't 'get in there' cos I'm on a €55 - €115 trip, with my wii.
BTW - I'm assured that the €115 gets me a brand new replacement wii.

So the UK is certainly cheaper than Frog, for Wii repairs.....but they wont ship to the continent.

But even if I can't make it.....I def support your concept, particularly as Eton Rifles is going thru a quiet patch (wait till me and Toby get our Wii's back) .......so anybody picking up the purist baton def deserves support.

I went on MOHH2 to test my wii on another game (it lasted longer on MOH than on CoD)........who was there, but Archibald & Barbapapa in the .........

They went for me like flies to a corpse, and obv, I could barely remember which damned button to press (though, considering that....I did okay [read on]), but....

Don't get me wrong.......I loved MOHH2.....and it had so many features that I wish were included in CoD5....
.....but to have not moved on?

Thing is.....it's not a game thing........it's a 'competition' thing.

Listen........I'm not slagging off any MOHH2 players out there, but......
when I went on (in the village) I was picking people off like they were cannon fodder (and I was well out of shape).

So even being attacked by A & B....... I was still 'quickly' able to build a healthy positive score (with the K BA).

I actually felt like I was stepping in on some private slexual domination turf.
It just didn't feel healthy (you know what I mean?)

I would like to wipe the dust of my MOH after not playing it for nearly 4 months - perhaps an "Old Skool" gathering but that's an idea for another day. Some people swear they will never touch it again but i think it would be enjoyable to get a Village CTF with the people on here - the names you mention Oli certainly brings back some memories!

Of course il play...double barrel only for me...it just reminds me of a farmers gun . The later the better, as I stop timing out around 11.30ish.

Even though I said I would never touch MoHH2 again. I still have 'feelings' for the game.. even if it's just the startup music
Maybe some evening soon, I will play a bunch trying to get the hang of the controls again. Last time I played I wasn't able to hit a thing with my precious Kar :O

Y'know I own MoHH2 but I never really got into it. I think I played online a couple of times ..... got absolutely melted ...... and then I bought PES2008 and never took it out of the Wii until I bought Call of Duty.
