1) Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door (I've never laughed so much at one game!)
2) Tales of Symphonia
3) Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
4) Resident Evil
5) Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requeum

Granted I only own about 8 GC games and there're some I still want to get hold of.
