I haven't been on it every day, but I try to get 30 minutes of exercise when I do, and it is really working! This is more than I have ever lost before with any other diet etc.
Intend to lose another stone at least before Xmas - watch this space!

Wii fit is Brill I have had it since launch, I try to make sure I go on it daily even if it's only 10 mins before work. I have lost nearly 2 st since April (still got more to lose) I would never have tried yoga normally but now I love it, also the jogging - wouldn't go out jogging but i now jog on the spot watching tv. Cant wait for wii-fit2 I hope there is going to be such a thing as I do think like others needs a few more aerobic exercises. I'll let you know how I get on with the weight loss.
