I don't know how accurate this is? But I am trying to think back lol, I used to be Tech Support for Orange BB, It is dependant on a couple of factors, not only distance. I haven't done Tech Support for 4 years btw
Memory is terrible lol. It kind of depends on how many nodes are on the exchange aswell and how many people are using the exchange.
