I took that from another forum though, so don't know how reliable it is.
But
info@play.com should work, it did last time I had to moan at them. Think Play.com have grown a bit too big to fast and they're having trouble keeping up with demand as I've heard of a few people now who keep getting sent the wrong stuff from them, and things being out of stock for stupidly long times.
