7 out of 10, really fun at first and I love 'my trainer's' qoutes it makes me laugh haahaha........Training everyday will help improve your posture....That's it feel your arm muscles tighten....I wouldn't really say that I always want to go on tere though i've got bored of it, now its a case of forcing myself to get on there to 'improve my posture' and keep in the ideal range :P
