It's funny that maybe if Rare had stayed with Nintendo the title of this blog may have been 'The Rise and Rise of Rare'
The fact is that they made some of the best games ever released on any platform and their style suited Nintendo's characters perfectly. In a way I' almost glad they left Nintendo because if they had produced increasingly poorer games for a Ninty system then it would've been a real shame.

I was one of those people who first experienced rare in DK Country and to think they produced games of that quality for so long is a credit to them even to this day! Nintendo owners will always love them and rightly so!
