Well seeing as he doesn't seem to know much about what to buy, I think it will be a ready made one. It's one thing knowing what to buy, it's a completely different thing building it!
I'm not an expert on things like this, although I would know what to buy if the opportunity came only, but bigger numbers are generally better!!
