Atari 5200/8-bit computers. Many of these games are also on C64, but some aren't like Dreadnaught for the 5200. Small catalogue, but some gems there.
Mattel Intellivision. Had a load of exclusives; there was a Gamecube collection in the States -- hell, I'd be satisfied if they just opened up the GC mode for region-free play!
DOS. X-COM/UFO Enemy Unknown -- do I need to say more than that?

Yars Revenge was a dreadful game, either shoot or eat a block surrounding a T-Shape and then sit in the middle colourful bar if it dared fire a missile at you. I remember playing it and just giving up because I couldn't die.
Now Adventure, Superman and Surround were true classics.
Intellivision was an amazing machine at the time but I can only really remember Space Battle where you warped into different sections to stop enemies attacking your space stations, whatever I did I couldn't save all the space stations one always was destroyed.
