I've given it 10 out of 10 because I can't fault it. At the end of the day, it's not a game, it's a way of getting fit so no online scoreboard required. You work at your own pace, not try to beat everyone. I also think it caters for children and adults alike. It specifically asks your age, sex and height so takes into account what your BMI should be, and unlike Brain Training, your fitness age is based around your own age, not the lowest being 20.
The whole family uses it in my house, even my son who needs to beef up a little bit to be at his ideal BMI for his height. He isn't underweight, but IS like a beanpole as he's growing upwards and not outwards!
I've found it extremely helpful as it means I'm not paying out hundreds of pounds for a gym membership that won't get used because I feel too self conscious, plus it's a fun alternative which you can vary day by day to suit your needs.
