I think there's a very very thin line between dressing responsible and dressing so you show everything, the more you show the more likely our going to get raped, because this is the way this world has gone. No one
asks to be raped, i can't see why they would, they might not be acting very responsibly when it comes to clothing.
On the other hand, i think a women needs to wear what she want's within reason, and not be afraid of being raped because of it, if she wants to go out with a mini-skirt then go for it, it's just a shame there are people out there that see it as a sign to rape them.

*edit* i failed at this one, can't quite word it properly. Once again, there is a very thin line between dressing to look sexy because you want to, and dressing to get just attention from men, which ofcourse picks up the wrong attention aswell. (yeah, that was worded poorly lol)
