Wow, looks like this isn't the only lawsuit. I knew I saw this kind of thing before.
Nintendo Wii Remote Breaking Patent Law?

Like they said, $21 Million is nothing to Nintendo. Hell, they have made ALOT more than that on the Wii alone, not to mention GC, N64, SNES, and NES.
