Well - Should a game over 10 years later from the original still have the same (BASIC) dungeons (even the same names), same music, same name and avatar, same bad guy, same horse, same HYRULE (yes it is - just slightly changed with better graphics), same characters, same quests etc...
My point is that it is a different game - but it's very much got the same foundation as the first game. In short a measly attempt at polishing OOT up.

just because you hate it doesnt make it a bad game, lets take a look at some mario games - mostly all in mushroom kingdom, always the same bad guy, same clothes, same music, same name.
Lets look at grand theft auto games - same basic plot, same cars, same cheats, same type of missions
Lets look at Halo - same name, same bad guys, same vehicles, same characters
Why mess with a winning formula? A solid 10 from me.
