I think it is awesome. I remember buying it when it came out and played it for about 4 months and got all 120 shines. It has great levels, great characters (except FLUDD) and is highly addictive just like all other Mario games. It becomes quite a difficult game after you get around 90 shines and start collecting the remaining ones.
