I personally really like the classic controller! The SNES controller is one of my all time faves, so I think the fact it's modelled on that has a lot to do with it. I just like the way that all the buttons are in the right places... Except making the 'c' buttons on the N64 the right analogue stick
The VC was never really a selling point for me, but I have got some great use out of it! I think everyone has fond memories of their earlier gaming days and this is why it's so popular.
