Right, seeing as this is the place for all and sundrie, I thought I'd contribute by adding a story thread.
How it works....
Simply add three words at a time (ie three words per post) so that you slowly build up sentences. Over time, they can turn into paragraphs....chapters.....and thus a masterpiece is born
(well, not really).
Example:
Me: There was a
Someone else: green herring who
A third: decided that his
Mr X: psychiatrist was really
Mrs Y: a blacmange, masquerading
Mr cucumber: as a yellow
Me: submarine. He decided
You: to go to
Them: the local nutcase
Us: shop to buy
etc etc
