Wii to TV cables:
Standard - does exactly what it says on the tin
RGB - the best one available, only use if your tv has the right inputs (not the red/white/yellow one, thats componant)
Wiimote charger: Get one. Save you a fortune on batteries. Search the forum for discussions on which is best for your needs.
Wiimote Jackets - use them. Surprisingly nice in all areas. Only annoying if you have a wiimote charger docking station.
